J&W Tools was started in 2002 to bring better serve local contractors. We currently serve the area of North Carolina known as "The Triangle", defined by the towns of Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh. However, many of the surrounding towns such as Cary, Apex, Knightdale, and Fuquay Varina are locations of current housing development. J&W Tools has two locations, both in North Carolina. The main store is in Durham, NC, very close to I-40 and Highway 55.

Our company continues to modernize our systems and grow geographically. Our strength remains our focus on customer service, especially the Latino community, with the hallmarks of these being our contractor-friendly hours and while-you-wait repair facilities.
