Shipping Times
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed by 2pm EST are usually shipped the same day. If it is after that time and you need the part or tool the next day, please call and see if a rush is available for that order. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Methods
We ship via FedEx. If you choose FedEx Ground and supply a residential, non-business address, the FedEx Home service will be used.

Shipping To A PO Box
Since FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, we cannot ship to a PO Box.

International Shipping If FedEx will go there, we're happy to sell it to you. However, for orders leaving America, international shipping costs do not include duties or customs fees and these are the customer%u2019s responsibility.

Back Orders
Our system is designed not to let you add items to your cart that we don't have in stock. However, the reality of inventory is that sometimes it will be off by one or two. If this is the case, we will call you to discuss what you would like to do.

Canceling an Order
Orders can be canceled until they are shipped.

Returns
Items can be returned if they have not been used and if an RMA number is issued. Call 919.544.7317 to discuss your return. Refunds will not include shipping charges. You must contact us within seven days of the arrival of your order.

We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.

Pricing
Due to certain agreements we have with our suppliers, some online prices may be different than prices at our physical store. Online prices are only good online, and do not apply in the physical store. Prices at the physical store are only good at the physical store, and do not apply online.
